Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns:

  1. Eligibility: Only damaged or defective items are eligible for return.

  2. Initiate Return: Email us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photo of the damaged item

    • A video of you unboxing/opening the package

  3. Return Shipping: Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After we verify the damage, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 days.

  5. Non-Returnable: Items in perfect condition, or returned without video proof, will not be accepted.
