    We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability or pricing errors.

  3. Pricing & Payment

    • Prices are listed in INR and subject to change without notice.

    • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and UPI payments.

    • Payment is captured at the time of order placement.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All content—designs, text, images, logos—belongs to Nuela Silver Jewels and is protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content except as needed to complete your personal purchase.

  5. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuela Silver Jewels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

  6. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kerala.
